Invoke customer survey on clicking the downvote button

Instead of or in addition to a feedback link, you can invoke a customer survey for a reader who clicks the downvote button of your Reader Feedback Widget. You can use any relevant online survey service you like, for example, Typeform or JotForm.

How to implement

  1. Find or create the desired Typeform feedback survey.
  2. Add the JavaScript code provided below to your portal Branding script replacing the dummy survey link with the link to your survey.
