LiveChat is a service for providing support to clients via an online chat.
You can add this functionality to any website, including your documentation portal created with ClickHelp. This way, you can provide support to users visiting your online documentation.

To integrate LiveChat with ClickHelp, follow the steps below:
- Open your LiveChat account settings.

- Go to Channels → Website.

- Copy the HTML snippet generated for your LiveChat account on the right side.

- Go to your ClickHelp portal.
- Navigate to Tools → Portal Settings → Branding → Reader Interface.
- On the right side, find the section called Application Footer.
- Check the Show Footer checkbox and insert the code to the HTML content field below.
- Save the changes.
The integration is completed. Now, you can check how it works by opening your published documentation in a new incognito window.
