AnswerGenius on External Websites and Apps
Your users no longer need to leave your product to find answers. Add AnswerGenius to any website or application — your marketing site, product UI, or customer portal — and let users ask questions right where they are.
Go to Settings → AnswerGenius → External widget to configure the widget and get the HTML snippet. The page includes ready-to-share instructions for your development team. The widget has its own configuration — enable it separately from the portal, set a custom prompt, and match your brand colors.
Update your documentation once in ClickHelp, and every widget serves the latest answers automatically. All queries flow back to ClickHelp analytics, giving you a unified view of what users are asking across all touchpoints. Learn more.

Markdown Export
You can now export projects to Markdown. Topics export as individual .md files alongside images and attachments, with a YAML table of contents that preserves your documentation structure. Use the export to feed content into your own AI systems, internal tools, or any workflow that needs your documentation in a portable format. Learn more.
Publishing
- Preserve settings on update. Publication updates can now keep your favicon, theme, and other configuration intact — for both full-replace and partial-update modes. Learn more.
- You can now see output tags directly on the Projects page.
