You can now run multiple documentation sites from a single ClickHelp portal — separate websites for different products, brands, or audiences, all managed in one place.
Publish multiple documentation sites from one portal
A documentation site is the public-facing surface your readers visit, with its own domain, branding, home page, and reader experience. A single ClickHelp portal can now publish several of them. To your readers, each site looks like a completely independent website, while your authors keep working in one place, with users, file storage, and permissions shared across the portal.
This fits teams that publish for more than one product, brand, or audience. You can give each product line its own site, run separate brands on separate domains, keep a public Support Center on one site and a developer knowledge base with API docs on another, or dedicate a site to a single language when you want content fully separated by domain. If your software is distributed through resellers or OEM partners, you can give each partner their own branded documentation site while keeping the content in one place.
Multi-site setup is currently in beta. Contact our team to enable them for your portal.
| The new version will be gradually rolled out within a few weeks. You'll receive a notification 72 hours before your portal's update. The process is seamless with no service interruptions. |
